PlainTrack is a client reporting platform that allows marketing agencies to connect data sources on behalf of their clients and generate consolidated dashboards and reports.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Authorized Use of Connected Accounts
By connecting a third-party data source (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, or Meta Ads) to PlainTrack, you represent that you have the authority to grant PlainTrack read-only access to that account's data on behalf of the account owner. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate permission from your clients before connecting their accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law, misrepresent data to end clients, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or data you are not authorized to access, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of the data you input and the data retrieved through your authorized connections. PlainTrack does not claim ownership over your clients' marketing data.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features depending on third-party APIs (Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads) are subject to the availability and policies of those third-party providers.
7. Money-Back Guarantee
PlainTrack offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the Service is not right for your agency, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase using the contact information provided on our website.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your data sources at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlainTrack shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
